    Really impressive again basher. Can you tell me how do you come up with your selections,a re they based strictly on form or do you have contacts and look at trends. You seem to put your selections up quite late in the day (no criticism intended) so are you looking at market trends?

    Hi anon, My selections are based on a number of factors but the basis is many years hard studying and involvement within the racing industry.

    Yeah i have contacts but to go purely of this information would be disregarding my own ability.

    Form is a major factor but this has to be balanced with value! Trying to find the best value bets improves discipline and profits.
    Keeping my daily bets to a minimum (the 3 selections) has proved a successful way of doing this!

    Selections are posted once i have placed my bets, obviously this varies day to day depending on work commitments.
