    Cheers Basher! made a tidy amount backing Navy List first thing at 2/1!!!! and also had a big place lay of Filwa, always rely on Spencer to bring in the money!!
    How much do u you stake if you dont mind me askin?

    Glad you got some of the 2/1 as well rick.

    Regarding my staking pattern it will vary depending on how strongly i fancy each of my 3 bet selections but my daily liability will always be a £150 max.

    Today for example:
    Bet of the Day: £40win.
    Lay of the Day: £50 liability on the win £20 liability on the place.
    Each Way of the Day: £10 win, £30 place.

    I only bet on the three selections a day unless i have had a very good word for something last minute. Takes discipline but the rewards are definitely visible!
