Another mixed day despite the markets speaking in favour of all the selections! Orchard Supreme ran first and came within a neck of a perfect start to the day! The selection was pulled wide over 2 furlongs out and made good headway from the rear to challenge the leader in what ended up being a two horse finish going down by a neck to the favourite! The Bet of the Day was very disappointing despite being supported! The selection looked to be taken of his feet 2 furlongs out and was quickly outpaced weakening through the field! The day ended well with the lay of the friendless Peopleton Brook who drifted markedly before the off.
