The day started poorly with the lay of Duster who dictated the race throughout and was never headed despite several fancied runners in the race! The Bet of the Day came for heavy support and after breaking well sat in behind the leader before kicking away two furlongs from home to win well making it 3 winning Bet of the Days in a row! A chance was taken on the fitness of Ambrose Princess after a long time away from the track but found one to good in the well backed On Terms who won easily leaving the selection a well clear second!
