A dissapointing day! Ask Jenny was friendless in the market, broke slowly and had to make ground through the field. The selection only managed to get as close as 3rd but didn't receive the greatest of rides! The each way selection was made more difficult with a late non runner making only the 7 runners and when Archie Rice only decided to leave the stalls after giving 10 lengths to his rivals that was the end of the race as the selection failed to get on terms! The day ended slighty better with the lay of the favourite Big Wave Bay who raced keen throughout and failed to challenge for the places! The Basher
