An excellent day and a very healthy profit made! The day started poorly tho as the well backed godolphin horse Sabotage was held by his stable companion despite the money coming and could only finish second! The lay of Always Bold got the day back on track as the selection was let down by a number of poor jumps and despite running on never looked like catching the winner! Alazam was one of the best backed horses of the day and looked a very generous early price! The selection was held up and made good progress through the field and despite a desperate mistake at the last was driven home to win by 1/2 a length and land the gamble! Normal service will resume tomorrow (Monday 24th May) after a weeks holiday! The Basher
