A day that could of been so much better! Burton Port started the day perfectly as the selection again put in a superb round of jumping and quickened away well from the second last to win by an impressive 3 lengths! Pak Jack was selected hoping for a return to form around the familiar Aintree fences but despite the selection jumping well in the main he was never up with the pace and never looked like challenging for the place money! The lay of the favourite Orpen Arms ended the day poorly and for the first time on the blog, 3 winning consecutive winning lays! Bring on Tomorrow! The Basher
