A slightly disappointing day! Doorback drifted all morning and when the pace lifted was unable to quicken through the final furlong and could only finish 3rd! Riguez Dancer ran next and was one of the best backed horses of the day from an early price of 13/2 and bigger on the exchanges! The selection ran a huge race trading as low as 1.54 in running and had it not been for a loose horse hampering the selection at several fences and particularly the last the race looked there for the taking! The day ended poorly with a last chance given to Wins Now who again failed to get into the race and was pulled up before the 2nd last! Bring on the Weekend! The Basher
