A mixed day! Ballybach was given another chance in a more competitive race after falling at the last when previously selected. The selection never looked fluent and was always in the rear of a big field before being pulled up! The bet of the day was a non runner for the second day running whihc was disappointing especially as Fred Bojangles franked the form later in the day! The day finished well tho with the lay of the favourite Il Forno which was easier than the margins suggested! The selection was under pressure off the bend and although stayed on well never looked like getting in front! The Basher
