A good day with the betting speaking in favour of todays selection! The lay selection was friendless in the market and drifted right up until the off. Despite the drift Special Envoy ran well in defeat showing more of a battling quality than on previous runs but look well held by the winner! Jordan's Light was next to run and came for late support sending him off the well backed joint favourite. After making headway mid race the selection lead approaching 2 from home trading as low as 1.64 in running but was headed before the last and had to settle for third, landing the place bet!
