A disappointing start to the day as Blossom King jumped and traveled well and was starting to assert before a slip on landing four out blew his momentum and his chance of winning after trading odds on in running! The day finished well tho with an easy lay of the morning favourite Pride of Nation who finished 12 lengths back in 3rd. The each way selection Oscar Dan Dan was well supported before the off and stayed on well in the final stages but left his challenge to late to catch the eventual winner. Had the run in been half a furlong longer it might have been a different story! The Basher
