A perfect start to the day but a disapointing finish! A healthy profit still made on the day tho! Exceedthewildman raced up with the pace and kicked for home off the bend to win well at a tasty early price of 10/1 under a confident ride from the young jockey! Cybora jumped poorly in the main putting pay to any chances when the pace lifted! The Lay of the Day looked the winner several furlongs out in fairness but had Harry Haynes been a little stronger in the finish on the second favourite the result might have been different! The selction traded as big as 7/1 up the run in! Bring on the weekend! The Basher

    great call on the each way bet, got 9/1 for 25 each way. thought it was going to be a big pay day with still two more bets to go. happy with the days winnings anyway tho.josie
